I have been working for Mullan & Gallagher Group Practice for more than 15 years. I always found them very professional and approachable in all aspects.
Though we supply the denture side of business to Mullan & Gallagher you soon appreciate how well planned and executed their treatment plans are. We have a very high success rate with this practice, which I think speaks volumes.
During the time I have worked for Mullan & Gallagher I have learned a lot from them regarding techniques and I look forward to working with this practice for a long time to come.
I wish them every success in their future endeavours.

I have now had the pleasure of working with the practice for a number of years during which time I have been impressed by the quality of work and the evidentbreadth of knowledge. I feel I am in a good position to comment on the area of clinical work which has a technical aspect as it is my privilege to work with a numberpractices of repute who have very high clinical and technical standards, Mullan Gallagher are most certainly comfortable in this select group.
As the owner of abusy dental laboratory I am in daily contact with many practices and in my opinion the team at Mullan Gallagher are among the very best; the friendly, efficient and knowledgable manner of allmakes our communication a pleasure.
Mr Ben Swindell
Mullan Gallagher Dental Practice is an organisation genuinely committed to unleashing the potential of its people.
I was especially impressed with leadership and direction provided by the management team comprising of Ciara Gallagher, Mary Deeney and Peter Mullan, during the Practice’s journey towards achieving the internationally recognised Investors in Peeople (IiP) award.
Having worked as an international management consultant for the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working with some of the top-ranked global organisations and Mullan Gallagher stands out in terms of culture, values and ethos. The sense of ‘team’ within the practice merits special mention as does the highly professional approach which is delivered in a relaxed and ‘family-friendly’ manner.

As an experienced Investors in People Assessor, I am always looking for evidence that an organisation’s culture supports the Principles of the Standard. Without the right foundations, any organisation will struggle to meet the Standard.
Mullan Gallagher ticked the right boxes! Welcoming, professional and with a real ‘family feel’, the Practice is well organised without being intimidating; something which staff patients and Assessors appreciate.
The Partners Ciara Gallagher and Peter Mullan and the Practice Manager Mary Deeny provide leadership and demonstrate effective management skills and behaviours. For example they provide business direction for the Practice, identifying potential areas for growth whilst retaining a ‘family dentist’ ethos.
They encourage and lead change and have open working relationships with staff. Although this is a small organisation there is a systematic approach to business improvement. The management team has used the Investor in People Standard as an effective business development tool.
In keeping with the ethos of the Practice, there is a relaxed atmosphere with no evidence of a division between staff and managers. This is a team working together, focused on providing and excellent service to patients. There is also time for fun over tea and buns in the staff room. Very important!
During the assessment, staff confirmed that they have good working relationships, that they feel involved in what is going on in the Practice and that their contribution is recognised. They feel valued and know that they are making real contribution to both the Practice and patient care.
Mullan Gallagher set out to improve business performance and the service to patients through using Investors in People as a business development framework. They achieved their goal and made effective use of the Plan, Do, Review cycle when planning for improvement. I enjoyed my visit to the Practice and having found strong evidence for the Standard, I was delighted to confirm that they had achieved recognition as Investors in People.

Well done to yourselves and the team around you in St Patrick´s Avenue in developing your practice to the extent you have. Your facilities must be a joy for your staff to work in and make the patient experience more of a pleasure.
I was delighted to attend your opening and in many ways the event demonstrates the enthusiasm and dedication which you both give the business, your team and your patients.
I wish you continued success as you go into what is surely your next phase of development and look forward to seeing the event profiled in the dental press.
All best wishes for the future.
