Dawn Montgomery – Practice Manager

Dawn started her dental career as a nurse in Mullan Gallagher in 2011 moving in 2014 to manage a group of Dental Practices in Belfast, but home beckoned (and we were delighted!) when she returned to Downpatrick and to Mullan Gallagher in 2018.

As Practice Manager, Dawn oversees the day to day running of our clinics, managing staffing levels, training and development, in order to ensure that the highest quality of service is provided to our patients. She, also plans and implements system changes to improve our patient experience and loves seeing both new and familiar faces in our practice.

Outside of work Dawn is married to Syd, she has two fabulous daughters and a dog all of whom keep her very busy.
